What payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments with all the options offered on our website. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Why was my order payment rejected?
There may be a few reasons why this could have happened. Please ensure you double-check your credit card details and that the billing address on the card is identical to the billing address on your order. Please email us at hello@aukaibody.com if you continue to face this issue.
Can I change payment options after my order has been confirmed?
You cannot change your payment options once the order is placed. However, you can cancel the order within an hour and place a new order for your vegan-friendly deodorant!
Why was my payment rejected?
Your payment might get rejected due to server or internet errors, and also if you enter the wrong payment information. Please ensure you double-check your credit card details!

How much do you charge for shipping?

How do I track my order? Will I receive a confirmation email?
When your order is received, we’ll send you an email confirming your order. Then, when your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.
How long will it take for my products to be delivered?
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC and are processed through Canada Post. Within BC, it typically takes 3-5 business days. Within Canada, it usually takes around 4-7 business days. For abnormal shipping delays, please contact our customer care hello@aukaibody.com to have a status update.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We can only ship to one address per order.
Can my shipping and billing addresses be different?
Yes, you can have your natural deodorant shipped to a different address other than your billing address!
Why haven’t I received an email to confirm my order?
Please be aware that your order confirmation email could take at least 20 minutes to arrive. Please check your email settings and mailboxes. If you still do not receive confirmation and if you are concerned, please contact us at hello@aukaibody.com.
Can I change my payment details once my order has been submitted?
Once your order is shipped, we cannot change payment details.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What items are eligible for a refund?
In case a defective product is delivered to you, we are happy to send a return label for the defective product as long as the seal is intact. In return, we will ship you a new product. Other returns may be subject to a return/restocking fee.
We request you to please go through the ingredients and scents of our natural deodorant carefully before making any purchases!
How do I request a refund?
To initiate/enquire about a refund in case of a defective product, you can email us at hello@aukaibody.com. Please provide us with a description of the product, pictures of how you received your item, order ID, full name, address, and email address you used for your purchase.
Where is my refund?
Refunds are processed back to the same method of payment used for the purchase or through store credit. For payments being refunded to your original method of payment, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to complete.

How are natural deodorants better?
Natural deodorants help in eliminating unwanted odor while allowing the skin to sweat, cool and breathe naturally without blocking pores. Made with pure, chemical-free ingredients, natural deodorants are likely to cause no harm to the skin rather their natural properties might prove to be beneficial for the skin.
Is Aukai Body products safe for sensitive skin?
Aukai Body uses ingredients that are overloaded with nature’s goodness. Our products are gentle and safe for most skin types. We advise you to double-check the ingredients listed and try a test patch in case of any skin allergies.
Does the product work well in warm climates?
Yes, Aukai body’s natural deodorant cream works well in warm climates. However, for best results, the product must be stored in a cool and dry place. This is because natural ingredients might get separated due to high temperatures.
Why is deodorant cream better than deodorant stick?
Cream deodorants are a good and clean deodorant choice. For sanitary reasons, they need to be scooped with a clean applicator or washed fingers and applied. This prevents bacteria exchange keeping you fresh and the deodorant clean. On the other hand, deodorant sticks have to be rolled over the skin; this allows bacteria to transfer from the skin to the deodorant, making it unhygienic for the next use.
What is the difference between deodorant and antiperspirant?
Keeping you fresh and healthy, Aukai deodorants allow the body to sweat, detoxify and regulate your body temperature. Antiperspirants, on the other hand, block the sweat pores in order to reduce perspiration. This might cause problems like irritation and itching. Natural deodorants are the most recommended option amongst the two because they neutralize odors, and allow the skin to breathe, all while giving you a fresh aroma.
How do I begin the detox and switch to a natural deodorant?
While most people fall in love with our product and have it work right away, it can take others a bit more time for their body to work with natural deodorants. This can be due to the existing product buildup inside your skin from a previous deodorant/antiperspirant or an imbalance of pH. For best results, we recommend initially cleansing your underarms well and with gentle exfoliation; switch to and continuously use our deodorant for at least two weeks (no other deodorant or antiperspirant in-between!). Do you use any harmful ingredients in your products (E.g. talc, phthalates, aluminum zirconium, parabens)?
Absolutely not! We have strived to create a product that contains the exact opposite of that. Each ingredient listed in our deodorant has been used in natural products and remedies for years with no history of harmful side effects! We are chemical-free, vegan and suitable for sensitive skin!
Do you use any endangered species ingredients in your products?
While doing our research, we discovered that some popular ingredients and essential oils used in natural health products (e.g. Sandalwood) were on the endangered species list. As popular as some ingredients may be, we steer clear from them to preserve our environment that much more!
How do I apply the deodorant cream the right way?
Take a pea-sized amount of the deo cream and gently rub it on your skin until transparent and enjoy the refreshing aroma while reaping the benefits of our superfood skin ingredients! Make minor adjustments depending on your daily activities.
Will the deodorant stain my clothes?
If applied properly, the underarm deodorant cream will not stain your clothes!
Are there any precautions that need to be taken before or while using the product?
For external use only. For best results, make sure that your underarms are dried after taking a shower before applying the deo cream with a clean applicator or your fingers.
Is your packaging sustainable and environmentally friendly?
We offer the best natural deodorants, each process of which right from manufacturing to packaging is designed keeping in mind the environment’s well-being. We use 100% recyclable/compostable packaging, including the shipping materials, stickers and adhesive! We strive to provide better packaging options as Aukai grows!
Do you test on animals?
Aukai’s deo cream is a 100% vegan-friendly deodorant substitute. We do not test on animals and make sure our suppliers do not test on animals, either!
